- If possible aim to sort your waste into categories - green waste, timber, concrete, bricks, metal.
- Look at the possibility of having two skip bins to sort your rubbish into (see point 3).
- Discuss your waste type in detail when you call us so we can see if reduced pricing applies.
- Use a local supplier such as us - Big Bin Hire - as that will ensure there are no timing delays when your skip bin is delivered or picked up. It will also make it easier if there are time constraints around your skip bin delivery.
- Seek a price for the next size (up or down) as you may find you have too much or too little waste. Have a look at our skip bin sizes to see what size will suit you the best.
- If you are aware of the square metre dimensions of the rubbish you are clearing, ask our customer service team if they can estimate the skip bin size for you. We are more than happy to recommend a skip bin size.
- Make sure you hire a walk-in skip bin to allow for ease of loading. All of Big Bin Hire's skip bins are designed to walk-in with a wheel barrow.
